Case Study
DUX UX Research Services
Redesign & SEO Optimization

OVERVIEW
DUX is a Brussels-based UX research agency specializing in user research and usability testing. During my internship, I led the redesign of the agency’s service experience, transforming fragmented research content previously hosted in Notion into a structured, SEO-optimized website experience.
Challenge
The most significant structural problem was that DUX’s core service offerings were hosted on an external Notion page, completely invisible to search engines. I designed and built dedicated service pages directly on the Squarespace website, live and fully responsive on mobile.
This created a stronger site structure, improved content ownership, and provided search engines with indexable service-related content.
My Contribution
- Audited and restructured existing service content.
- Expanded and rewrote service descriptions using UX writing and SEO best practices.
- Designed a scalable service-page framework in Figma.
- Created dedicated pages for key UX research methodologies.
- Improved information architecture and content hierarchy.
- Optimized headings, metadata, and page structure for search engines.
- Built and implemented the final pages in Squarespace.
- Ensured consistency across content, design, and navigation.
